In Danish design tradition, "straying" is often viewed as a deviation. At Stray Elliott, we believe the opposite. True innovation requires the courage to move away from the expected path—provided that the straying is supported by a rigid structural framework.
Founded in Aabenraa, our studio was built to serve as a high-contrast theatrical proscenium. We do not just build websites or logos; we stage identities with the same architectural gravity one might apply to a physical monument. We search for the "Stray" element—the unique human friction that makes a brand authentic—and then frame it with technical "Elliott"—the precision, the grid, and the code.

We ignore mass-market trends that dilute craft quality. We protect the time required for Phase 01: The Weave, because a brand without strategy is merely a performance without a script.
Our standards of judgment are modeled on gallery catalog requirements. If a design choice does not stand up to the technical rigor of a museum exhibition, it does not leave our studio. This restraint ensures that every project we deliver possesses the longevity required for ambitious Danish and international expansion.

We operate via remote-first pipelines with structured digital check-ins for non-local brands. Using high-fidelity collaboration tools, we maintain the same technical rigor and communication frequency as we do for our local Danish clients.
Our foundational strategic brand identity projects typically require 12 to 16 weeks. This ensures ample time for deep discovery, iteration, and technical stress-testing of all designed artifacts before launch.
We do not accept commissions for logo design in isolation. We believe visual identity is inseparable from strategic foundations. Our work always begins with a comprehensive discovery phase to ensure structural integrity.
